Beware of fire......!

Things to do before a fire breaks out:-

• Carelessness is the main cause of fires, so be careful to prevent fires.
• The root cause of fires;  Electric fires, stove fires and bidis - burning cigarette butts.
• Therefore check from time to time whether the electrical wire is faultless. 
• Turn off the oven after cooking.  If you smoke, do it at the designated place and put the rest in a safe place."Check the gas line from time to time.

• Never move with an electrical connection to the iron. 
• Receive firefighting, rescue and first aid training from the fire service. 
• Quit smoking in mill factories and put up warning pastes.

Things to do in case of fire:- 

• Don't be upset or panic, stay calm.
• First try to find out where the fire is, how many floors it really is, whether there is a fire.
• Try to put out the fire in the initial stage without shouting.  Inform the fire service immediately along with the fire nibpin in the initial stage.
• At the beginning of the fire, throw water on the spark (except for oil, chemical and metal fires).
• Soak a blanket, katha, sack or mat cloth in oil fire.
• Turn off the main switch when the electric fire is fast.
• Turn off the gas supply.
• If your clothes catch fire, stop, sit down, roll on the ground.
• Stop the spread of fire.  Remove nearby combustibles.
• Many people at the fire station became very enthusiastic / upset and dragged the fire service's fire fighting equipment.  But they do not know how to use them.  As a result, work is disrupted.
• Let the members of the fire service work without any worries.
• Not burned in fire Most people have died in garment fire accidents by being trampled while jumping or jumping from above in fear.
• So if you are sure to catch fire, gradually get down slowly.

আগুন থেকে সাবধান......!

অগ্নিকান্ডে  আমাদের করণীয় ।

আগুন লাগার পূর্বে করণীয় :-

• অসাবধানতাই অগ্নিকান্ডের প্রধান কারণ অতএব অগ্নি প্রতিরােধে সতর্ক হােন ।
• অগ্নি কান্ডের মূল কারন ; বৈদ্যুতিক গােলযােগ , চুলার আগুন ও বিড়ি - সিগারেটের জলন্ত টুকরো।
• অতএব বৈদ্যুতিক তার ত্রুটিমুক্ত কিনা মাঝে মধ্যে পরীক্ষা করুন । 
• রান্নার পর চুলা নিভিয়ে ফেলুন । ধূমপান করলে নির্ধারিত স্থানে করুন এবং অবশিষ্ট অংশ নিভিয়ে নিরাপদ স্থানে ফেলুন । * গ্যাসলাইন ক্রটিমুক্ত কিনা মাঝে মধ্যে পরীক্ষা করুন ।
• দর্শনীয় স্থানে আপনার নিকটস্থ ফায়ার স্টেশনের ফোন নাম্বার লিখে রাখুন ।

• খােলা বাতির ব্যবহার পরিহার করুন ।
• ইস্ত্রিতে বৈদ্যুতিক সংযােগ রেখে কখনাে সরে যাবেন না । 
• ফায়ার সার্ভিস হতে অগ্নি নির্বাপন , উদ্ধার ও প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসা বিষয়ক প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহন করুন । 
• মিল কলকারখানায় ধূমপান বর্জন করুন এবং সতর্কীকরণ পােষ্টার লাগান ।

আগুন লাগলে করণীয় : 

• বিচলিত বা আতংকগ্রস্থ হবেন না , ধীর স্থির থাকুন ।
• প্রথমে আগুন কোথায় , কয় তলায় সত্যিই , আগুন কিনা জানার চেষ্টা করুন ।
• চিকার চেচামেচি না করে প্রাথমিক অবস্থায় আগুন নির্বাপনের চেষ্টা করুন ।
• প্রাথমিক অবস্থায় আগুন নিবপিন সহ সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ফায়ার সার্ভিসকেও খবর দিন ।
• আগুনের সূচনাতেই অগ্নিস্ফুলিঙ্গের উপর (তৈল ,রসায়ন ও মেটাল জাতীয় হলে আগুন ছাড়া ) পানি নিক্ষেপ করুন ।
• তৈল জাতিয় আগুনে কম্বল , কাথা , ছালা বা মােটা কাপড় ভিজিয়ে চাপা দিন । 
• বৈদ্যুতিক আগুন দ্রুত হলে মেইন সুইচ বন্ধ করুন । 
• গ্যাস সরবরাহ বন্ধ করুন ।
• পরনের কাপড়ে আগুন লাগলে থামুন , বসে পড়ুন , মাটিতে গড়াগড়ি দিন ।
• আগুনের বিস্তার রােধ করুন । আশেপাশের দাহ্যবস্তু সরিয়ে নিন । 
• অগ্নিকান্ডস্থলে অনেকই অতি উৎসাহী / বিচলিত হয়ে ফায়ারসার্ভিস এর অগ্নিনির্বাপনি সরঞ্জাম নিয়ে টানা হেঁচড়া করেন । অথচ তারা এগুলাের ব্যবহার জানেন না । ফলে কাজে বিঘ্ন সৃষ্টি হয় ।
• ফায়ার সার্ভিস বাহিনীর সদস্যদের নির্বিগ্নে কাজ করতে দিন ।
• আগুনে পুড়ে নয় গার্মেন্টস অগ্নি দুর্ঘটনায় বেশিরভাগ মানুষ মারা গেছেন হােড়া হুড়ি করে বেড়ােনোর  সময় পদদলিত হয়ে অথবা ভয়ে উপর থেকে লাফ দিয়ে ।
• সুতরাং আগুন লাগা নিশ্চিত হলে পর্যায়ক্রমে ধীরে সুস্থে নেমে আসুন ।
• মনে রাখবেন ৫ তলা বিশিষ্ট একটি গার্মেন্টসে আগুন ছড়িয়ে পড়তে দুই তিন ঘন্টা সময় লাগবে কিন্তু     সুশৃংখলভাবে শ্রমিক কর্মচারীদের বেরিয়ে আসতে সময় লাগবে বড়জোড় পনের - বিশ মিনিট ।
• আগুন উর্ধ্বমূখী তিনতলায় আগুন লাগালে প্রথমে সেই তলার লােকজন কে সুশৃংখল ও পদ্ধতিগতভাবে লােকজন বিশেষ করে ( সন্তান সম্ভাবা মহিলা শিশু , বৃদ্ধ , শাখার কর্মচারী , শাখা প্রধান , নিরাপত্তা কর্মি )আগে বেরিয়ে আসার সুযােগ দিন ।
• এরপর চার ও পাঁচ তলার লােকজন বেরিয়ে আসবে ।
• অগ্নিকান্ডস্থল থেকে ফায়ার সার্ভিস স্টেশনের দুরত্ব , যানজট অপ্রশস্থ  রাস্তা ইত্যাদি কারণে ফায়ার সার্ভিসের গাড়ী অগ্নিকান্ডস্থলে পৌছাতে দেরি হতে পারে ।  অগ্নিকান্ড ছাড়া ও যে কোন দুর্ঘটনা , প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ মােকাবেলাও রােগী পরিবহনের জন্য 
• ফায়ার সার্ভিস এর সাহায্য নিন ।
